Branded App Scaffold
A custom fork of the open-source Navigator app, configured with your bundle identifier, app name, and connection to your Fleetbase backend.
Visual Branding
Logo, app icon, splash screen, theme colours, and typography applied across iOS and Android — so drivers see your brand from launch screen to job completion.
Push Notifications
Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) configured and tested end-to-end for job dispatch, location updates, and alerts.
App Store Connect Setup
iOS provisioning profiles, distribution certificates, and App Store Connect listing configured. We handle TestFlight setup and the full submission for App Store review.
Google Play Console Setup
Android signing keys, internal testing tracks, and the Google Play Console listing configured. Submission for production release on Google Play.
Build Pipeline
A repeatable CI/CD build pipeline so future updates can be released without re-doing the publishing work. We document the process in your handover.
Store Submission & Review Liaison
We submit to both stores and respond to any review-board feedback (metadata, permission descriptions, screenshots) until the app goes live.

Kickoff & Asset Collection

We confirm scope, collect your branding assets (logo, colours, app name, store metadata), and request your Apple Developer and Google Play Console credentials.

Days 2–4
Branding & Configuration

Custom Navigator build prepared with your branding applied throughout. APNs and FCM configured. Connection to your Fleetbase backend tested end-to-end.

Days 5–7
Build & TestFlight / Internal Testing

Production builds compiled. iOS uploaded to TestFlight, Android to Internal Testing track. Walkthrough session with your team for sign-off.

Days 8–14
Store Submission

Apps submitted to App Store and Google Play. We handle review-board questions and resubmit if metadata or screenshots need adjustments.

After Launch
Handover

Documented handover covering the build pipeline, store credentials, push notification keys, and how to ship future updates yourselves.

What you need to provide

A few items must be in place on your side before we can publish. If any are missing, let us know on the kickoff call and we'll advise.

  • Apple Developer Program membership ($99/year, paid by you)
  • Google Play Console developer account ($25 one-time, paid by you)
  • Logo and visual identity assets (vector preferred)
  • App name, store description, screenshots — or copy guidance from us
  • Active Fleetbase deployment (Cloud or self-hosted) for the app to connect to
  • A point of contact available during the App Store review window
