Get an overview of all wallet balances — counts by type and currency, period credits and debits, and the top 10 wallets by balance.
Wallet Summary
The Wallet Summary report provides an analytical overview of all digital wallets in your Fleetbase ecosystem — wallet counts by subject type and currency, credit and debit totals for the selected period, and the top wallets by current balance.
Navigate to Ledger → Reports → Wallet Summary.
What the Report Shows
Wallet Counts
Counts of wallets grouped by subject type and currency:

| customer | Customers' prepaid credit / loyalty wallets |
| company | Your organization's operating, revenue, and reserve wallets |
| user | Individual users' personal wallets |
Wallet counts are all-time — they are not affected by the selected date range.
Period Stats
Per-currency credits and debits posted during the selected period — useful for understanding how much money flowed into or out of wallets over a window.
Top 10 Wallets
A ranked list of the wallets with the highest current balances. Useful for identifying:
- Drivers with large pending earnings that need payout
- Customers with high prepaid credit
- Any anomalous balances that warrant review
Currency
If you operate in multiple currencies, wallet counts and period stats are grouped by currency. There is no automatic conversion — each currency is reported separately.
Setting the Report Period
Navigate to Ledger → Reports → Wallet Summary.
Set the Date From and Date To for the period.
Click Generate.
The default period is the current month (start of month → today). Wallet counts and top wallets ignore the date range; only the period stats are bounded by it.
Using the Wallet Summary
- Payout runs — check period stats and top wallets before initiating batch payouts
- Float management — monitor company wallet balances to ensure sufficient float
- Fraud detection — anomalous spikes in period stats or unusual top-wallet entries may warrant investigation
- Customer lifetime value — customers with high wallet balances indicate platform engagement
